Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of the Branch Manager at our Broomfield, CO location.
The Branch Manager oversees the branch’s retail growth and profitability. They are responsible for maximizing sales/production by coaching and developing staff, establishing and upholding legendary customer service, controlling expenses, coordinating the efforts of staff to ensure that functions are completed effectively, and all other various tasks involved in the overall operation of the branch.
