Position Overview:

We are looking to fill a highly sought-after position in our post-installation sector. This position ensures inspections are scheduled with the local building departments, works with our field technicians to verify all appointments are successful, and manages the inspection & field audit team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and objectives and ensure progress is made on each solar account.
Manage inspection techs and track failed inspection fixes.
Track our field technicians and audit each on-site visit.
Build and maintain positive relationships with our field employees.

Team Management:

You will be the head of the department, responsible for tracking key metrics for both teams.
Provide performance feedback to agents in your department.
Improve processes, reduce roadblocks, and implement positive change for your teams.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and project reports.
Prepare and submit progress reports to your manager.
Create and update trainings for roles within your department.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in the solar or renewable energy industry.

-Knowledge of solar energy systems and technologies, especially the installation of the solar system.

-Background in solar system inspections or installation audits.

-Familiarity with customer service, field management, and complaint resolution.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
