Sunergy Solar is Hiring a Solar Technician Near Pompano Beach, FL

**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Solar Technician to join our team. As a Solar Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems on rooftops.

**Duties:**

- Replacing and RMA micro inverters working knowledge of Solar Edge and Enphase.

- Use power tools to secure panels to roofs and connect them to the electrical system.

- Install fixtures such as inverters and monitoring systems according to manufacturer specifications.

- Adhere to National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations throughout the installation process.

- Utilize hand tools for wiring, mounting, and adjusting solar panels.

- Work with 240 volts systems safely and effectively.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in solar panel installation or a related field is preferred.

- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.

- Knowledge of roof penetrations, plumbing, and building techniques.

- Understanding of high voltage systems and safety protocols.

- Familiarity with fixture installation and NEC regulations.

- Ability to operate a forklift safely is a plus.

- High communication skills
