Sundance Marine has an immediate opening for a sales person who is energetic, motivated, and has an outgoing personality to fit our culture of selling marine products. This is a fun position with time spent indoors AND out on the water!

We sell quality brands such as Sea Ray, Nautique, MasterCraft, Ranger and Tracker boats.

Responsibilities:

· Spend time with prospective customers to determine their needs and discuss boat options

· Create and maintain a pleasant buying environment for the customer at all times

· Sell boats and deliver a superior customer experience; follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction

· Be familiar with and follow all dealership sales processes/policies and procedures at all times

· Continually review and refine product knowledge of boats that we sell, as well as boats that our competitors sell

· Be able to explain and promote additional accessories necessary and useful for a robust boating experience

· Maintain neat and orderly sales environment to include office, showroom and sales lot

· Work Boat Shows and various Company events

· Follow dealership dress codes and be well groomed
