Duties:
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients seeking treatment
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for patients
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries from patients
- Provide information about treatment options, procedures, and costs
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations
- Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
