Sundale, a 100-bed rehabilitation and nursing facility located in Morgantown, WV, is looking for exceptional, energetic, and caring Activities/Van Driver to join our amazing team of essential healthcare workers!

• Full-time position
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays
• Must possess a valid state issued Driver's License
• Must be at least 25 years old to qualify for coverage on facility's auto insurance policy

Responsibilities include:

• Assists the Activity Director in organizing and implementing activity programs in accordance with state and federal regulations and Sundale's policies and procedures.
• Recognize importance of role in each resident's quality of life.
• Responsive to resident needs.
• Completes documentation and projects as assigned by the Activity Director.
• Ensures safety of our residents while on outings in the community as well as within the facility.
• Must be comfortable working in a nursing facility setting with our elderly population.
• Work well with members within the Activities Department as well as other departments to ensure our residents overall needs are met.
• Participate in resident care conferences as assigned.
• Must be comfortable transporting and accompanying residents to community/local events and/or appointments.

Qualifications: The ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, supervisors, and fellow co-workers. Minimum of a high school education or GED preferred.
