About the Role

Sundae is hiring its first Real Estate Agent Recruiter to proactively source and onboard real estate agents. This is an opportunity to develop personally and professionally while working with a fast-paced team that values candor, authenticity, and creativity.

As a Real Estate Agent Recruiter, you are tasked with sourcing local real estate agents in Sundae’s existing markets via cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, lead follow up, and local networking event attendance. You’ll become an expert in selling the Sundae story to newly licensed agents with a goal of onboarding them to the Sundae brokerage. This role will be expected to work primarily from your home office with 20% local travel and networking event attendance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Sundae's first point of contact for independent agent relationships
• Cultivate relationships with real estate agents through referrals, social media, lead generation, event attendance, and more
• Develop a significant online presence by posting and engaging with online media, platforms, marketplaces, and blogs
• 75 calls a day to real estate agents, most of whom are cold leads
• Onboard 2-3 new agents per month in assigned cohorts 
• Maintain detailed engagement documentation in the CRM including clearly defined next steps and reminders
• Maintain a working knowledge of local real estate activity and regulations
• Identify opportunities to attend local agent networking events and speaking opportunities

About You

• Meticulous recruiter and sales pipeline management

• Professional experience in real estate and existing relationships with agents is highly desirable

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a real estate agent recruiter role
• Ability to qualify prospective agent partners quickly
• Ability to rapidly learn and apply new strategies 
• Working knowledge of current CRM and other recruiting applications (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High-energy, positive attitude, and strong desire to improve through coaching
• Listens with purpose and naturally curious
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation & Benefits 

• The compensation package for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 base plus an additional $25,000-$40,000 commission based on agent placements
• Competitive benefits package with 100% paid premiums for employee and 80% for dependents
• Compelling equity package based on experience
