Details

• Answer all incoming phone calls
• Assess patient needs via phone
• Based on assessment, triage and prioritize patient visits
• Quickly establish rapport with patients and families over the phone.
• Dispatch visiting nurses to patients location based on need.
• This position is NOT remote. You need to work in our Fremont office.

Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse (RN)
• Competence with basic office equipment including; computers, fax machine and phones
• Ability to take Doctors orders over phone
• Good customer service skills
• Multitasking skills
• 1 year Hospice triage or hospice on-call experience preferred
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening and criminal background check
