Suncoast Women's Care is Hiring a Patient Representative Near Clearwater, FL
Suncoast Women's Care is an all female staff who provide quality OB/GYN care for women by women. We have been delivering babies and taking care of all women's health care needs in the bay area since 2002. Our practice is growing and we have locations in Trinity, Clearwater/Countryside and Westchase.
We are seeking a full-time candidate for Front Desk/Patient Representative position. This position is for our Clearwater/Countryside location but also availability to work at our Trinity location when needed. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills and requires someone that thrives in a busy and energetic environment. There is potential room for advancement within the company.
Duties/Position:
- Patient relations: making the connection with the patient and placing them at ease from the moment they contact our practice
- Checking patients in/out
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Ensuring the flow and timing of patient care and ensuring a productive schedule
- Ensure patients complete the required documentation and their information is current
- Collecting payments/money due
- Communication from the front office to the back office
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
- Multi-tasking
- Excellent communication skills

- Professionalism
- Basic computer skills are necessary
- Preference will be given to those with previous receptionist experience, OB/GYN office experience, EMR Athena Health experience and bilingual in Spanish.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday. Friday's we close at noon.
