RN- ER

Assessment and Care Planning:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient care needs.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Medical Administration and Monitoring:
- Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, and monitor vital signs.
- Provide respiratory and ventilator management with a focus on patient safety and well-being.
Coordination and Communication:
- Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions using advanced computerized documentation systems.
Patient Education:
- Instruct and educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes.
Discharge Planning:
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.

RN- Orthopedics

Our Orthopedics unit offers a dynamic environment with a 32-bed capacity, specializing in Orthopedics with all private rooms.
Maintain a Nurse-to-Patient ratio of 1:5, ensuring personalized patient care.
Specializations include Hip Arthroplasty & Hemi-Arthroplasty, Total Knee Arthroplasty & Revisions, Intramedullary Nailing, ORIF (Open Reduction Internal Fixation), Incision and Drainage, Spinal Surgery, General Surgery, and some Medical Overflow.

RN- Labor & Delivery

The Registered Nurse (RN) II at Zentech Health is not just ahealthcare professional; they are the patient and patient's family advocate. Asa dedicated RN, you will consistently apply the nursing process, criticalthinking skills, scientific judgment, technical expertise, and leadership toindependently deliver safe and compassionate nursing care to our patients.Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes,communicate effectively, and demonstrate confidence and professionalism in allnursing responsibilities.

RN- Oncology

Zentech Health's Oncology unit is at the forefront of cancer care, providing compassionate and comprehensive services to our patients.

Individuals with a BSN and/or specialty certification are highly encouraged to apply and will be considered for advanced RN positions.

Requirements

RN- ER

Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree nursing program.
Current RN License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
Recent ER experience in an acute care setting is essential.
BSN preferred.

RN- Orthopedics

You should be a graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nurse program.
You should possess your Registered Nurse License to practice as a professional RN in the state of Texas or an Active Multi-State RN Compact License. If you have a Compact License you will be required to obtain a Texas RN License within 90 days of hire.
You should have a current American Heart Association BLS Certification
You should have a minimum of six months of clinical experience as a licensed RN in the specialty area of hire.
Approved for and maintains requirements of the MHS Nursing Clinical Excellence Program RN level IV to include BSN or national certification.

RN- Labor & Delivery

Education:
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree nursing program.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- RN License to practice as a professional registered nurse in the state of Texas or Compact License.
- BLS Certification required.
- ACLS Certification required.
Experience/Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a licensed RN.
- Minimum of 1.5 years of clinical experience in the Labor and Delivery unit in an acute care setting.

RN- Oncology

Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program. Candidates with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred) and/or certification in the specialty area will be considered more highly qualified and eligible for our RN III or IV positions.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License. Employees with an RN Compact License are required to obtain a Texas RN License within 90 days of the hire date.
Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
