Job Title: Associate Attorney with PIP Experience

Location: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Our prestigious law firm is seeking a motivated anddedicated Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience and a strongbackground in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) cases. This is an exceptionalopportunity for an individual with a desire to transition into Personal Injurylaw. The successful candidate will join our dynamic team and play a crucialrole in handling a diverse caseload.

Requirements:

• Florida Bar License: The candidate must possess a license in good standing to practice law in the state of Florida.
• Case Management: Ability to manage a large efficiently and active caseload from filing through verdict.
• Self-Starter: Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals.
• Client-Focused Practice: Pride in maintaining a client-focused practice.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders, including investigators, expert witnesses, opposing counsel, and clients.
• Discovery Skills: Ability to assemble and organize information gathered during discovery for presentation at trial.
• Courtroom Presence: A strong courtroom presence and eagerness to try cases.
• Technical Proficiency: Competent and proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Legal Drafting: Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions.
• Litigation Skills: Respond to motions and discovery; attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
