Position Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our dynamic Business Development Team. In this role, your primary objective will be to generate appointments with leads through outbound calls, engaging both cold and warm prospects, on behalf of our esteemed Franchise Owners within our network.

General Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce our company, assess prospect suitability, and schedule appointments.
• Demonstrate a strong motivation and commitment to making a minimum of 110 daily outbound calls to prospects.
• Follow provided script guidelines to secure appointments on behalf of our Franchise Owners.
• Maintain a comprehensive log of all activities in the CRM database.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of daily and monthly activities.
• Maintain open and effective communication with Franchise Owners, peers, and manager.

Requirements:

• Preferred experience in outbound calling.
• Possess strong sales, communication, and organizational skills.
• Present a professional and confident phone presence while exuding enthusiasm when representing our company to customers over the phone.
• Reliable internet connection, as calls will be made through VoIP (laptop and headset will be provided).
• A personal cell phone with an unlimited plan as a backup option in case VoIP connectivity is disrupted.

Compensation and Details:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
• Full-time remote position, ideal candidate located in Tampa, FL or Cleveland, OH.
• Competitive compensation package, including a $38,000 base salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits.
