Job Summary:

The SalesAssociate team member will part of a dynamic and fast paced environmentfollowing the company culture of “YES, WE CAN!” This individual is responsiblefor quoting and closing pallet racking system sales opportunity leads generatedfrom internet queries, phone calls, walk-ins, and prospecting.

SupervisoryResponsibilities:

None

Duties/Responsibilities:

·Interact withcustomers, offering assistance and responding to queries about refurbishedpallet racking systems

·Provide written quoteswithin 24 hours on refurbished racking system pricing to interested customers

·Follow the salesquoting process procedures

·Provide racking systemrecommendations according to customer needs or preferences

·Work closely with theOperations team to ensure the delivery date is met

·Team up with projectmanagers to facilitate the delivery and installation of racking system projects

·Document all sales byupdating CRM records, building relationships, and performing consistent followups with active and prospective customers

·Follow direction fromthe Sales Manager and seek assistance in the help of closing projects.

·Report on a regularbasis the monthly sales goals and any special promotion status.

Education andExperience:

·Pallet rack systemsales experience required

·Minimum 3 yearssuccessful business to business sales record

PhysicalRequirements: 

·Must be able to liftup to 15 pounds at times. 

·Travel to meet withclients or potential clients will be required on occasion.
