POSITION TITLE: ARNP

FLSA: EXEMPT

Under the direct supervision of the Associate Medical Director and the general direction of the Medical Director, incumbent is responsible for care of patients assigned.

You Will Need:

• Bachelor of Science required.
• Master of Science Nurse Practitioner program.
• Florida ARNP license.
• Certified by Professional or National Nursing.
• Ability to use EMR.
• Ability to interpret signs and symptoms elicited through history and physical.
• Ability to determine health problems after lab and x-ray information is available.
• Judgment and knowledge to obtain consultation when appropriate.
• Works under physician-supervised protocols, which are registered with the state.
• CPR required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Job Duties:

• Provide primary care.
• Histories and physicals.
• Management of chronic and short-term illness according to medical protocols.
• Provide health maintenance and preventive teaching.
• Family counseling and psychological support.
• Family planning.
• Collaborate with physician regarding plan of care and referral as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
