Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee our housekeeping operations. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and implementing efficient processes to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Duties: - Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to maintain a clean and safe environment - Manage and train a team of housekeeping staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of guest requests and maintenance issues - Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed - Oversee the implementation of floor care programs to maintain the appearance of all floor surfaces - Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or maintenance issues in a timely manner - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Experience: - Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry - Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, floor care, and custodial practices - Familiarity with hotel housekeeping operations and standards - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
