Calling all experienced Surgical Scrub Techs seeking a travel assignment to utilize their diverse skills! Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a qualified Travel Surgical Scrub Tech to join our team in Charleston, South Carolina. This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your expertise in various surgical specialties, contributing significantly to a fast-paced OR environment.
Responsibilities:

• Preparing patients for surgery
• Assisting the surgical team during procedures
• Monitoring patients during surgery
• Administering medication and performing wound care
• Educating patients and their families on post-operative care

The Main Operating Room is within a level-one, academic trauma center. There are 21- OR suites which cover all surgical specialties, to include; Trauma, Transplant, Ortho, Neuro, ENT, GU-GYN, and Robotics. The nursing teams consists of 75% Registered Nurses and 25% Certified Surgical Technologist. RNs are trained to both scrub and circulate surgical procedures. The Main OR is a busy and dynamic nurse driven, Magnet designated department, that provides cutting-edge technology to the citizens of SC.

• 13-week assignment
• Day 3x12-Hour (10:30 - 23:00)
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with a minimum of three years of experience in a hospital setting is required
• Up to one working weekend shift every 4 weeks
