Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients in the ICU, including assessment, monitoring, and administration of medications
• Implement and manage advanced life support interventions, such as ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring and CCRT machines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
• Continuously assess and interpret patient data, promptly identifying any changes or deterioration in their condition
• Educate patients and their families on the management of neurological conditions and the importance of self-care post-discharge

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of two years of experience in aICU setting
• Proficiency in advanced life support interventions and critical care monitoring
• Experience with various critical care procedures (ECMO, LVAD, etc.).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Availability to work 12-hourrotating day and night shifts
