Job Title: Full-Time Paraprofessional

Location:Tacoma, WA

Job Type: Full-time / 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities
• Assist in the implementation of accommodations and modifications as outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to address the unique needs of students
Assist in classroom management and behavior support as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in education or related field is a plus
• Experience working with students in an educational setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with a team
