Description: We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Raleigh, NC. This role offers the opportunity to work in home health care and make a difference in patients' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide skilled nursing care, including medication administration and wound care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques.
• Document patient encounters and progress using the HomeCare/HomeBase EMR system.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Minimum of six months of experience in home health nursing.
• Proficiency in Oasis documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Work 40 hours each week, Monday through Friday (8am to 5pm).
