Job Type: Full-time, 13-week contract

Shifts: 8-hour shifts, candidate must be flexible to shift rotation

Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification with the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Minimum of 6 months of experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities: Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care facility setting. Coordinating and prioritizing resident care activities based on assessed needs and established care plans. Conducting thorough assessments of residents' health status and collaborating with healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans. Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately, adhering to facility policies and procedures. Monitoring residents' condition and response to treatment, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare provider. Providing emotional support and comfort to residents and their families, promoting a positive living environment. Documenting all nursing interventions, assessments, and outcomes accurately and timely in resident records.
