Sunbelt Staffing is currently reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews with qualified Registered Nursesfor a 13 week Home Health contract located in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. The selected Registered Nurse will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full TimeContract
• 25-30 units weekly
• OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health/Homecare experience required
• Admissions / Case Management experience preferred
• Current PA Registered Nurse license required
• Current BLS (AHA) or willingness to obtain
• OASIS experience required
• Homecare Homebase experience required
• Valid Drivers License and Insurance required
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
