Position Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing iscurrently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team near Norfolk, MA.As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior intervention programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to help individuals with autism achieve their goals and enhance their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention programs as outlined by the BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Provide support and assistance during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to create a comprehensive treatment plan
• Maintain open communication with families and caregivers

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus)
• Experience working in schools (preferred)
