Position:Full Time Paraprofessional - Omaha, NE
Sunbelt staffing is urgently hiring Paraprofessionals for the 2024/2025 school year in the Omaha, NEarea. Join our team, work closely with teachers and students, and create a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in implementing instructional activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe environment
• Assist with preparing materials and resources
• Support students with special needs
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Qualifications:

• Paraprofessional certification preferred
• Experience with students with severe cognitive impairments is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Patience, empathy, and passion for working with students
• Knowledge of instructional and behavior management strategies
