- Full TimeContract
- 25-30 units weekly OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours
The ideal Homecare Registered Nursewill maintain:
- At least 1 year of recent Homecare experience (required)
- Current AZStateLicense (required)
- Current BLS (AHA) (required)
- OASIS proficiency (required)
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (required)
- Valid Drivers License and Insurance (required)
- Excellent references from previous Homecare positions (required) Ability to pass full background check and 10-panel drug screen (required)
