Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to individuals with acute mental health illness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, family members, and colleagues.
• Adhere to current nursing practices and techniques to ensure high-quality care.
• Participate in Shared Governance Model to empower clinical practice and promote evidence-based nursing.

Requirements:

• Active RN license issued by the State of Minnesota.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Strong knowledge of current nursing practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to effectively collaborate within an interdisciplinary treatment team.
• Commitment to developing and maintaining positive relationships with patients, family members, and coworkers.
