Are you a dedicated LPN with a passion for home health care? We're currently seeking an LPN to join our team for a full-time contract/travel position in Broken Arrow, OK.
Home Health LPNs with at least one year of recent home health experience are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation within a 24-48-hour turnaround time.
• Utilize your experience with Medicaid/Medicare to provide exceptional care.
• Case management skills are a must for this role.

Education:

• Oklahoma Licensed Practical Nurse License
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)

Employment Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time, Contract/Travel
• Work Hours: Monday-Friday: 8a-5p, 40 hours per week
• 13 week assignment with possible extension
