The selected Homecare RN will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full TimeContract
• 25-30 units weekly
• OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours

RN REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health/Homecare experience
• Admissions / Case Management experience (preferred)
• Current Alabama or compact RNlicense
• Current BLS (AHA)
• OASIS 24-48 hour turnaround
• Homecare Homebase experience
• Valid Drivers License and Insurance
• Ability to pass background check and 10-panel drug screen
• COVID vaccine
