Sunbelt is seeking a Registered Nurse for a Home Health contract position with a local client near Jefferson City, MO. Employment Type: Full-time, 13 week contract with potential to extend
Works Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM, 40 hours per week, some on call and weekends required
Responsibilities:

• Utilize expert knowledge of OASIS-CAssessment Documentation Start of Cares/Admissions, Recertifications, Resumptions of Care, Transfers, and Discharges
• Complete accurate and detailed OASIS-C Documentation within a 24-48 hour turnaround time
• Case manage at least 5-7 patients per day and 25-30 patients per week
• Scheduled visits will include, but are not limited to:
  • Providing wound care
  • IV administration and teaching
  • Cardiac program follow up and intervention
• Travel in theJefferson City, MOarea

Experience:

• At least one year of Home Health experience within the last year required
• In depth knowledge and in-field experience of OASIS-C required
• Start of Care/Admissions experience required
• Experience case managing at least 5-7 patients per day and 25-30 per week

Education:

• Associates Degree of Nursing or Bachelors Degree of Nursing
• MissouriRegistered Nurse License
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support
