Position: Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse (CVOR Nurse)

Location: Orlando, Florida

Duration: 13-week contract with possible extension

Schedule: Day shifts, 36hours per week, with 12-hour shifts

IMPORTANT: Must live 100 miles away from Orlando, FL

Details:

• Sterilize and prepare the operating room for cardiovascular surgeries
• Assist the surgical team during procedures by providing surgical site care and passing instruments
• Monitor patients during surgery, including vital signs and anesthesia levels
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the operating room
• Educate patients and their families on their surgical experience
• Valid FL or Compact RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• At least 2 years of recent experience in cardiovascular operating room
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
