Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention and support to individuals.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other support staff to ensure consistency in implementing behavior plans.
• Participate in regular team meetings to review and discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience as an ABA Technician or in a related role is preferred.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
