Looking for a Night Shift RN to join our rehab facility in Tulsa, OK, for a 13-week contract. Candidates must have 2 years of experience, BLS (AHA) certification, and EPIC proficiency. In this role, you'll assist patients with disabilities and chronic illnesses in achieving optimal health and adapting to lifestyle changes.

Responsibilities:

• Work night shifts (3x12-Hour, 18:45 - 07:15) providing nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Monitor patient vitals and assess responses to therapy.
• Educate patients and families on self-care.

Requirements:

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• BLS (AHA) certification.
• Experience using EPIC EMR system.
• Availability for night shifts.
