Contract Details:

• Company: Sunbelt Staffing
• Client: Nationwide Home Health Agency
• Location: Anniston, AL
• Position: Contract Home Health Registered Nurse
• Duration: 13 weeks, Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
• Compensation: Weekly pay, negotiable based on experience and territory budget
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days, Mileage Reimbursement

Requirements:

• Active ALRN License
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience
• Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase
• Reliable transportation
• Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer

Job Duties:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments to identify needs and develop tailored care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Providing patient and family education on disease management, medication regimens, and home care procedures
• Documenting patient progress accurately and maintaining up-to-date medical records
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care and continuity of services
