Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with teachers to provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students across various subjects, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques when appropriate.
• Support students with special needs, ensuring their inclusion and active participation in classroom activities.
• Monitor student progress and behavior, documenting observations, and maintaining open communication with teachers and parents as needed.
• Assist in preparing instructional materials and setting up the classroom environment to facilitate effective learning experiences.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment conducive to student success.
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other non-classroom activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
