Provide support to Inside Sales and Customer Service team to ensure the efficient, timely and accurate production of quotations and project execution.
Continually coach and mentor individuals and the team to an elite level of performance.
Actively participate in the hiring processes to ensure team skillsets and size meets Company needs.
Train, mentor, coach and develop a cohesive high impact, high performance inside sales team that accurately represents the Company brand and customer value propositions.
Understand and (where needed) work with others to improve all sales processes, tools, and systems including workflows, data, and business analysis.
Communicating the Company’s vision and strategy in bold and persuasive terms to actively engage, motivate, and direct the inside sales team to ensure performance objectives are achieved and a strong corporate culture of passion and performance is maintained.
Stay updated on new technology, processes and best practices.
Develop training plans and materials, policies and procedures.
Conduct regularly scheduled one-on-one Goal Set and Review meetings with inside sales team members.
Prepare & conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
Supportively manage the performance improvement process.
Create inside sales team member employee development plans.
Training team members in CRM use.
Monitor and assess workloads and activities, prioritize responsibilities and delegate work across the team as needed to ensure timeliness and quality of service that positively influence successful quotation ‘wins’ and the customers overall experience.
Ensure the team has the tools and resources to meet the high standards we have established.
Establish parameters for design and ‘comprehensive’ quotations and ensure systems are in place to support the related activities.
Develop and manage required contracts or service agreements that dictate the level of service required to be a preferred Company vendor.
Strong technical
Strong business acumen with a minimum of 2 years management
Prior rental experience in the power generation field, specifically direct experience with large power
An understanding of Sunbelt Solomon’s products and services would be an
Detail oriented, with strong organizational
Experience motivating and working collaboratively with various internal and external
Experience leading and coaching their team to reach their full
Strong negotiation
Familiarity with ERP software and CRM (Salesforce) software is an

Proven ability to develop new business, as well as maintain existing

Strong computer literacy and the ability to work within Microsoft Suite effectively is essential.
