This position is responsible for production scheduling.

• Scheduling for Pole, Pad, and Sub shops
• Job receipting
• Issuing Oil
• Audits of documentation
• Scanning files
• Other Projects
• Data entry for jobs in Syspro
• Emails for Scheduling; internal and external customers
• Assisting with reporting and forecast

Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED, required.
• 3-5 years Microsoft Office experience, required.
• Cooperative attitude towards all internal and external customers.
• Professional language and conduct at all times.
