Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a district of retail stores or business locations
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Lead and motivate a team of store managers and employees
• Provide guidance and support to store managers in achieving their goals
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
• Manage profit and loss for the district, ensuring financial targets are met
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, project management, or business development
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to travel within the district as needed
