Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Full-Time/Part-Time) - Clarksville, TN
Shift Details: Days
Job Description:
Therapist will be responsible for providing individual and family therapy for clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Comply with practice standards for intake assessments and documentation of notes, care plans, and consulting.
• Collaborate with clinical director as appropriate.
• Maintain contact with family members and referral sources according to practice standards.
• Maintain healthy communication with all Therapist Team members, Admin Team members and Intern Therapists.
• Participate in monthly clinical consult meetings.
Qualification/Experience:
• Minimum education level of Master's Degree in counseling, marriage/family therapy, social work, or psychology.
• Should have at least 1-2 year's post-Master's experience providing mental health treatment services to adults with severe mental illness
Licenses/Certifications:
• Fully Licensed as an LPC (MHSP preferred), LMFT, or LCSW in the State of Tennessee.
• Credentialed with insurance companies a plus but not required
