* PART-TIME FRONT DESK POSITION... (Between 11-16 Hours/Week)*

MUST BE Available for the following shifts:

• Mondays 2:30 pm to 8 pm
• Wednesdays 9 am to 2:30 pm
• Thursdays 9 am to 2:30 pm
• Fridays 2:30 pm to 8 pm
• Saturdays 2:30 to 8 pm (or sometimes 9 am to 2:30 pm)

Seeking a friendly individual with a flexible schedule available for a part-time front desk position to work the above-listed shifts (subject to change). Person will eventually take over management duties including supervising and training other staff. No direct salon experience is required.

JOB SUMMARY:

• FRONT DESK: Warmly greet, check-in, and assist customers while working at the front desk. Must be comfortable performing sunless spray tans to (occasionally nude) customers. Clean and prepare rooms after each customer and keep the store clean.
• Assisting with management duties including training, scheduling shifts, resolving customer concerns, and being available for calls to assist employees.
• Assist with marketing tasks, including social media marketing, newsletters, and in-store promotions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Very Reliable (rarely out sick, not traveling for long periods, etc.)
• A detail-oriented person
• Long-term availability (at least 1 year or longer)
• Always cheerful toward customers
• Self-starter and comfortable working alone.
• EXCELLENT verbal and communication skills
• Experience resolving customer complaints helpful
• Some PC skills (such as typing, Microsoft Outlook, and Word) are helpful.
• Flexible availability is a MUST!
• Must be 18 years old or older
