Certified Medical Assistant through appropriate board (i.e. American Association of Medical Assistants) or Registered through appropriate board (i.
e. The American Registry of Medical Assistants).
If hired into a fulltime CMA position without previous clinical experience, must be able to complete the following within 1 year of hire date : a.
must complete online coursework through NHA within 8 months b. complete a minimum of 1000 clinical hours provided through full time position c.
be able to pass certification exam within 1 year of hire and after completion of above 2 criteria Hours and compensation potential :
- The position is full-time day shift. Areas are internal medicine, Rheumatology and Electrophysiology.
- The range is between for $36K-51K depending on experience.

- Provides patient care in the physician office setting. Assists providers and staff in coordinating patient care. Functions as a primary liaison between patients, families, staff, and providers. Additional info :
