- Maintaining cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors.
- Washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces.
- Ensuring proper cleaning of dishes, glassware, equipment, and utensils as per regulations.
- Disposing of trash and maintaining garbage cans.
- Transferring supplies between storage and work areas.
- Assisting with banquet table and buffet set up.
- Labeling, dating, and storing food items appropriately.
- Distributing supplies and equipment as needed.
- Adhering to sanitation and safety requirements.
- Supporting with food preparation and additional tasks as assigned.
- Proficient in safe knife handling.
- Possess or ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required at time of hire.
