Sun Driven is seeking a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as a Canvasser. As a Canvasser, you will be paired with one of our Expert Sales Consultants working hand-in-hand with them to learn the solar trade while producing top quality appointments and sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has an outgoing personality and who is a great communicator. You will not only learn about the solar industry but skills that you will use throughout your life.

Responsibilities

- Door-to-door canvassing to engage with residents and set solar appointments

- Provide information about our organization's incentives, campaigns, and events

- Collect data and feedback from residents to inform your sales consultant and improve our outreach efforts

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes

- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals

- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on campaign messaging and strategies

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, sales, or a related field is preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to effectively engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds

- Experience in supervising or leading a team is an asset

- Knowledge of marketing techniques and strategies is beneficial

- Ability to negotiate and persuade others effectively

This position requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. A valid driver's license is required.
