Sun Construction is a family owned and operated commerical construction company that started in 1992 with our primary focus being in commerical remodel including occupied spaces as well as new builds. Sun Construction self performs work consiting of demolition, framing, door and speciality install, concrete, carpentry and misc. labor.

```Duties```

- Oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end

- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

- Review project plans and specifications

- Ensure work is completed on time

- Implement and enforce safety protocols

```3 Years Construction Experience Preferred ``

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately

Sun Construction is looking for a high performing, self motivated, working Foreman/Supervisor with a deep understanding of commerical construction processes, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills and knowledge to direct day to day operations onsite. If you have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects while prioritizing safety, quality work and time/schedule management, we want to hear from you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
