Ideal Candidate:

Candidate must have STRONG RECENT employment law paralegal experience; Good tenure; and preferably an ABA paralegal certification.. may not be necessary for strong experience.

A. Education and Experience

Education: Law Clerk or Paralegal Diploma (accredited), or in lieu of diploma, High School Diploma or GED (accredited), and two (2) years of relevant experience.

Experience: Four (4) years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirements).

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

A.B.A. Approved Paralegal Certificate preferred

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

D. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Preferred

Experience in employment law

Excellent writing skills

Litigation experience
