Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant/Human Resource Coordinator

driven Executive Assistant with a background in human resources to join our team and

contribute to our continued growth and success.

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Executive

Assistant to support our executive team including the HR department. The ideal

candidate will have HOA experience and will be responsible for providing high-level

administrative support to our leadership. This is a unique opportunity to be an integral

part of a well-established organization and contribute to the overall success of the

company.

Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support:

  • Provide levels of administrative support for Executive Director, Board of

Directors, Human Resource Manager, and staff.

  • Act as liaison between Executive Director/HR Manager and residents, staff

and business associates.

  • Manage a variety of projects with deadlines, including the preparation of

monthly and annual Board meetings and managers meetings.

  • Supervise a hybrid staff of 5-6.

2. Administrative Support:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs efficiently.
  • Assist with updating the resident website.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls

and emails.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent

experience).

  • HOA experience is highly desired; CMCA or CCAM credential is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and in HR-related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
