Reason for Opening: New Position_XReplacement

Job Description:

1. Provide customer service to residents and public by answering questions and giving directions.
2. Process reservations for events and tours by collecting payment and issuing receipts.
3. Prepare boarding lists for day tours; load bus when necessary.
4. Maintain kiosk in accordance with kiosk policy. Ensure all information is current and timely.
5. Maintain magazine rack and keep current.
6. Answer telephone, direct callers, forward callers and take messages.
7. Perform a variety of clerical duties including copying, word processing or typing.
8. Prepare Ambassador packets as needed.

Non-Essential Functions:

1. Make photocopies as needed.
2. Update community TV system at Monitors desk on a daily basis.
3. Assist in preparation for various events including decorating and/or set-up as needed.
4. Prepare Courier and inserts once a month.
5. Assist with Club & Group filing.
6. Other duties as required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Average computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal

and telephone skills. Able to operate office equipment including computer, phones, fax, copier and

calculator.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or equivalent GED.
2. 2-3 years of previous office experience.

Details: Part-time; Fridays 7:30am-4:30pm and Sundays 3:00pm-8:00pm. Scheduled days and hours

may vary as needed and approved by Activities Director.

Compensation/Pay Range: $15.50 - $18 per hour (DOE) plus paid sick leave, 401k match, and more.
