We are looking for a Social Media Manager/Graphic Designer to join our office in St George, Utah. This is a hybrid position offering the ability to work both in the office and at home. For the right candidate it can be a remote position.
We are looking for someone energetic, proactive, and organized to successfully support the Marketing Department in accomplishing marketing objectives in the mortgage and real estate space. We are a fast-growing company that loves our people and is looking to expand our marketing department. This person will serve as a graphic designer working with our marketing team delivering high quality marketing projects for our clients and employees. The marketing deliverables range from designing social media ads, flyers, and website graphics.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Design all social media graphics and create social media campaigns for loan officers, clients, and builders.
Design marketing materials including, but not limited to, social media posts, ad campaigns, swag and apparel, signage, mail campaigns and more.
Design internal and external communications including email newsletters, email marketing, print and digital flyers, booklets, brochures, direct mail, etc.
Design supportive marketing/communication materials for employees, Loan Officers, partners, clients, and prospects. This can include BMS tutorials for loan officers, product information for partners, sales tools, presentations, videos, talking points, and website content.
Contribute ideas and initiatives to the marketing team and partners.
Create designs for paid social and online ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google.)
Event Coordinating and Planning for external and internal events.
May be required to travel occasionally to other branches located in Utah, Nevada, Arizona.
Your Background/Experience:
Background in digital and print graphic design, or have 2 years of relevant experience.
Bachelors degree, in relevant fields preferred (marketing, business, web design, graphic design, communications).
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneDrive, Teams).
Familiar with Project Management software.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign).
Excellent skills in Canva.
Highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Project management skills.
Ability to work in a team environment, multitask, and keep up with multiple projects at once
whilst meeting deadlines.
Social Media Marketing and event management experience a plus (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik Tok).
Video filming and editing skills are a plus, but not required.
BMS/CRM experience is a plus, but not required
