As a Licensed APN you will provide direct professional services in the evaluation and treatment of clients in a full circle program. This position will function as the medical team representative on a multidisciplinary treatment team; designed to offer comprehensive behavioral health services. The APN will evaluate patients for medical disorders and determine the appropriate course of treatment for the patients. The primary focus this position will be mental health, psychiatry, and addiction management. The APN must possess the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team setting, be able to maintain documentations and comply with county, state and federal laws, rules and regulations pertaining to health care.
Additional duties include coordinating with managers, senior leadership team, and other stakeholders to improve performance, address issues, and lead development of Revenue Cycle reporting and analytics. The RCM Systems Manager will manage large complex projects and programs and maintains knowledge of departmental compliance with SummitStone's policies and procedures. Maintaining and supporting a culture of compliance, ethics and integrity is a must.
Experiences and Background We Look For:
- Required: Advanced Practice Nursing degree (APN) or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited university. At least 2 years' experience (post residency) treating/servicing mental health communities. DEA Certification with Colorado license to practice.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening for all federally illegal substances, including THC.
- Preferred: Bilingual/Bi-cultural. Strong understanding of substance use treatment and knowledge of withdrawal management processes; willingness to learn. Lived experiences and understanding and commitment to Medication Assisted Treatment and harm reduction.
Wage Ranges:
Based on a 40 hr. work week:
- $102,000/YR. to $155,000/YR.
