• Location: Larimer County, CO
• Status: Part-time, 20/hrs. week 

What You’ll Do:

• As a Family Support Provider on the Community Based Child and Family team, this position provides community based Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) support to help at-risk youth overcome trauma, and co-create healing and resilience with their caregivers and families. This support will be done in a combination of in-home, community, and office settings. This position may work individually with clients and also has a team of colleagues that provide a support system. The team as a whole provides trauma-informed wraparound treatment, including weekly team meetings and consultations with the TST trainer, group supervision, and individual supervision. Must be flexible with scheduling, able to work non-traditional hours and be able to collaborate well with other community providers. Previous experience working with children presenting dysregulated behaviors would serve the person in this role well.

Required: Bachelor's degree in a human service related field from accredited college or university; Knowledge of diversity and inclusion with the relevant ability to engage, communicate, interact, and work effectively and cooperatively with people of different backgrounds, identities, and culturally diverse communities. 

Preferred: Bilingual/Bicultural; CAC; Experience with Trauma-Informed Care. Experience working with high risk youth ages 3-18 and their families.

Some positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado driver’s license.

Wage Ranges

The typical hiring range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85/hour, based on relevant years of experience.
