The Sales and Marketing Coordinator is an An integral member of the Sales and Marketing team and is expected to work both independently and as a member of a highly interdependent team. This position plays a significant role in helping the community meet and/or exceed their marketing and sales goals. Responsible for marketing the Summit Vista lifestyle to prospects and analyzing various business metrics to determine the prospect’s viability and next best step in the sales and marketing process. 

SUMMARY:

The Sales Concierge works in accordance with the established policies and procedures of the community and/or direction from the VP of Sales & Marketing. The Sales Concierge performs all the necessary functions of ensuring outstanding customer service and successful move-in of all future residents by facilitating and developing relationships with key internal resources to maximize the welcome experience. Acts as the first point of contact for the Sales Department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handles phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Arranges and schedules Tour appointments for Sales Executives and will be assigned to conduct tours for potential residents as needed.
  • Keeps up-to-date records of all sales communications.
  • Meets with internal departments and completes move-in checklists to ensure that residents are provided with a seamless and easy move-in process with outstanding customer service.
  • May assist with collection of pre-qualifying and move-in documents/records.
  • Assists future residents in unit specification needs (kitchens, flooring, upgrades) by high coordination of communication with Sales, General Services and Community Life teams.
  • Serves as the Sales Team primary contact for inquiries, future resident move-in dates, and details surrounding the move-in process.
  • Meets regularly with Finance and Community Life to ensure all necessary steps are complete prior to move-in date.
  • Develops and updates, as needed, the community move-in resource guide.
  • Be flexible with office coverage for business needs, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Participates in marketing events as directed by the VP of Sales & Marketing.
  • Always maintains a professional and neat appearance.
  • Attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Other duties may be assigned as directed by VP of Sales & Marketing.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

A college degree (A.A. or Bachelor’s) in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required. 
Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred. 
Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12 – 18 months) preferred. 
Proven technology skills

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

English: highly proficient in both spoken and written English
