Summit View Pharmacy Services is Hiring a Registered Dietitian Near Murfreesboro, TN

Summit View Health Services is seeking Registered Dietitians for a flexible part-time position in the Murfreesboro, Tennessee area. Candidate should possess strong clinical skills, interpersonal and organizational ability, flexibility, and excellent written/oral communication skills. Position requires current Registration and active Tennessee licensure.

Description of Job Duties:

Provides clinical nutrition services, intervention, and education to patients with a variety of diagnoses including the following responsibilities:

Assess nutritional requirements, diet restrictions/needs, and current health plans to develop and implement a nutrition plan of care and provide nutritional counseling.

Complete nutrition assessments and other documentation as required.

Analyze and interpret patient data to determine patient needs and treatment goals.

Interact, as needed, as an interdisciplinary team member with other health care providers regarding nutrition care for patients.

Develop, implement, and manage nutrition plan of care and interventions.

Advise patients and their families on nutritional principles, recommendations, interventions, diet modifications, etc.

Identify education needs and provide education accordingly.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
